Limited Lifetime Warranty
America's Finest Mailbox provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty that all of its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original end use purchaser and original installation of the fixtures and is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at America's Finest Lighting's factory after prior written authorization has been granted. America's Finest Lighting's obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly, any consequential labor charges or damages arising out of a defect therein are expressly excluded.
The provisions of this warranty do not apply if fixtures have been:
- subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
- damaged during installation or during ongoing maintenance.
- used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended.
- have received scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning techniques.
Electrical components and sockets have a warranty of 5 years. Finishes for fixtures installed outdoors are subject to change due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, pollutants and other environmental conditions. Hand applied chemical Patina finishes  will naturally mature over time, changing in appearance and creating a living finish. Painted finishes on fixtures may naturally fade over time, as they are continually exposed to the outdoor elements therefore, any claim for fading, discoloration of a "patina" or a finish on an outdoor painted fixture is not applicable to the above warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing phrase, excludes any implied warranty of merchantability. Also, there are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product of the company’s literature.
