General Shipping Terms

All mailboxes ship free-- always! For all other products we offer flat rate shipping based on the value of the product: 

Zero  to    $99.99..................$5

$100 to    $199.99................$10

$200 and up.........................FREE

Please note that all products have factory processing lead times stated in the item description. Once your item is ready to ship, the manufacturer will ship directly to you using their preferred carrier-- FedEx Standard, UPS Ground, or the US Postal Service. Standard FedEx shipping typically takes between 1 and 5 business days to deliver your order within the contiguous 48 states. We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you are satisfied. Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Special note for personalized Items

Personalized items cannot be returned unless the manufacturer is at fault. PLEASE double check your custom text and numbers prior to check-out. If the manufacturer is at fault, your item will be re-made at no cost to you. As an example, suppose you order an address plaque and your address is 1234 HAPPY LANE.  If you submit it as 1234 HAPY LANE and the manufacturer makes it with that spelling, it cannot be returned. On the other hand, if you order it correctly as 1234 Happy Lane and you receive your plaque with the wrong spelling or number, you can get a replacement at no charge. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that you made a mistake in your order, you can re-order with a 20% discount.

Order Cancellations
For personalized items, once the order has started the manufacturing process, it cannot be canceled. Standard items without personalized characters can be canceled prior to the ship date for a full refund. If you do not cancel the order until after it has been shipped, you can receive a refund of your purchase amount minus return shipping.

Warranty Claims
If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. If you need assistance, do not hesitate to call or email us and we will help resolve your issue.

Orders received with damage or missing parts
If you receive your shipment and the packaging is damaged, inspect your order. If there are any problems with the product, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. Please keep all the original packaging in case the manufacturer needs to file a shipping insurance claim. 

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the item only if the item is unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us and we will issue a Return Material Authorization and send you instructions for shipping. Usually we use Federal Express for returns. Once we receive the item and verify it is not damaged, you will receive a refund of your purchase price minus shipping fees.
